When can I start?

Our programs are run all year long so you can start whenever you'd like! We offer a free week trial to all new students. Want to try a class? Check out our schedule, pick a class and show up!

How old do you need to be to participate?

We offer classes at Bigode for as young as 5!

What do I bring?

1. Water bottle
2. Work out clothes
3. Gloves (if you have them) or Gi (if you have one)
4. Yourself!

What do I wear?

Comfortable workout gear! A rash guard or gi for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (if you have them already) or shorts and a tshirt/tank for Muay Thai. No socks or shoes required during class.

Are your classes bilingual?

Our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai classes for both kids and adults are taught in English & French

Do I need martial arts or fitness experience to join?
