MUAY THAI
Muay Thai or Thai boxing is a combat sport that originates from Thailand. It uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. This physical and mental discipline is known as “the art of eight limbs” because it is characterized by the combined use of following strikes punches, elbows, knees, and kicks.
BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a martial arts and combat sport style that focuses on grappling and ground fighting. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu can be trained for recreationally for self-defense or sport competition such as grappling tournaments or Mixed Martial Arts competitions.
THAI CARDIO
Thai Cardio is a cardio specific class which is completed through intervals on a punching bag and through accessory exercises. The class is built to encourage high intensity training while still practicing the basic Muay Thai skills. The goal is to just keep moving. This 45 minute class is a great addition to anyone's week! We welcome all skill levels.
OUR KIDS PROGRAMS
Our kids martial arts program including Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai teach the fundamentals of both martial arts styles. We focus on developing discipline, respect, good physical health and practice self defense skills. Our kids classes are welcome to all skill levels and range from ages 5 and up.
